Here’s a super easy way to prepare tofu for sandwiches.

Pan-Fried Tofu Slices

  • Extra firm tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  1. Cut the tofu block into thick slices (approx. 1/2 inch).
  2. Brown tofu slices in a little oil and 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce in a frying pan over medium heat.

Your tofu slices will keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Now you can make endless sandwiches with them!

BLTT Sandwich

  • Pan-fried Tofu slices
  • Toasted multi-grain bread
  • Vegetarian bacon
  • Sliced beefsteak tomatoes
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Ranch dressing

Reuben Sandwich

  • Pan-fried Tofu slices
  • Toasted rye bread
  • Sauerkraut
  • Thousand Island dressing
