Here’s a super easy way to prepare tofu for sandwiches.
Pan-Fried Tofu Slices
- Extra firm tofu
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Cut the tofu block into thick slices (approx. 1/2 inch).
- Brown tofu slices in a little oil and 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce in a frying pan over medium heat.
Your tofu slices will keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Now you can make endless sandwiches with them!

- Sliced beefsteak tomatoes
