homemade poptarts! 😀 really easy to make, you just make a pie crust:

2.5 cups AP flour

2 sticks butter

1 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp ice water

combine dry ingredients in food processor (you can also just do it with a pastry knife), then add butter, then add water last.  put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.  then you can use pretty much whatever as filling!  here’s what i used: blackberry pom preserves, apricot peach preserves, facon (fake bacon) with gouda cheese, tofurkey with gouda and spicy mustard, and banana with peanut butter. bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.  the one in the back looks kinda burnt cause it has cinnamon on top 😀
